Job Title: Program Technical Lead Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225 Pay Rate: $110,000-125,000 yearly (based on 2080 hours) Employment Type: Full time, direct with a full benefits package Shift: 1st, Onsite, potential for hybrid schedule #AutomationLeadership #PharmaceuticalAutomation #DeltaV Overview: We are looking for an experienced Program Technical Lead to establish and lead the Program Technical Office (PTO) for a major pharmaceutical automation project. In this role, you will guide the software design and development process, maintain the program"s automation philosophy, and ensure that technical deliverables meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Automation Program Technical Office (PTO) and guide software design and development.
Maintain and evolve the overall automation philosophy for the program.
Drive technology selection, including communication buses, Utilities Management Control System (UMS), and remote IO systems.
Contribute to the program"s digital strategy and collaborate on schedules with dependent functions.
Develop and apply expertise in DeltaV component libraries, ensuring adherence to standards and templates.
Oversee software libraries, programming standards, project documentation, and testing templates.
Provide technical support and mentorship to project technical leads.
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation.

Requirements:

Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in DeltaV component and control strategy development.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred.
Proven experience in large pharmaceutical automation projects.
Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
