Job Title: Automation Program Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225 Pay Rate: $115,000-140,000 yearly (based on 2080 hours) Employment Type: Full time, direct with a full benefits package Shift: 1st, Onsite, potential for hybrid schedule #Automation #Pharmaceutical #DeltaV Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automation Program Manager to lead the automation solutions for a large-scale pharmaceutical program. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of program goals, including scope, schedule, and cost management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage automation resources, and serve as a key leader within the Program Management Office (PMO). Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Automation Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring smooth execution of all automation projects.
• Develop and manage program planning documents, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee project scope, performance, and resource allocation to meet program milestones.
• Support and mentor project managers, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
• Communicate project progress and staffing needs to the Automation Program Leader.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other disciplines to meet business objectives.
• Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports, coordinate lessons learned, and manage project cost estimates.
• Support project scheduling, integration, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Automation Project Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale pharmaceutical automation programs.
• Experience with DeltaV controlled and batch-based capital projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as P6/MS Project, with a strong understanding of metrics and risk management.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
• Project Management credentials (PMP) are a plus.
