Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our diverse outpatient mental health team in Wisconsin. This full-time, on-site position offers a flexible 4-day work week, providing the opportunity for a balanced professional and personal life. The LCSW will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues and life challenges.
Responsibilities
* Individual and Group Therapy : Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages, focusing on developing effective coping strategies, enhancing emotional well-being, and addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
* Assessment and Treatment Planning : Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths, and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
* Case Management : Coordinate care for clients, including referrals to community resources, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and advocating for client needs.
* Crisis Intervention : Respond to client crises as they arise, providing de-escalation support, crisis counseling, and safety planning as necessary.
* Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
* Client Education : Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms and improving quality of life.
Qualifications
* Education : Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
* Licensure : Active LCSW license in the state of Wisconsin.
* Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing direct therapy services in a clinical setting.
* Skills : Strong clinical skills in assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge : Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Knowledge of local community resources and referral networks is a plus.
